My journey has been one of evolution and transformation. For over 20 years, I thrived as a hairstylist, artist, educator, and entrepreneur—teaching at top institutions like AVEDA and Paul Mitchell and owning my own salon . Acting as a stand-in therapist for many clients sparked my desire to help in deeper, more meaningful ways.
Rooted in my ancestors' wisdom, intuitive gifts, and certified training, I weave Indigenous practices with healing arts to inspire profound personal transformation. Centered on hypnosis and complemented by energy work, intuitive readings, and ritualistic haircutting, my approach also honors the connection between healing and social justice. By addressing racial inequities and fostering inclusivity, I create a space for both individual and collective empowerment.
Hypnosis can often be faster and more effective than talk therapy alone by directly accessing the subconscious mind, where limiting beliefs and patterns are stored. This approach bypasses the conscious resistance that can slow progress, allowing for deep, lasting change in a fraction of the time.

A literal translation would be “Heal heal little frog's tail. If you don’t heal today, you’ll heal tomorrow.” This traditional healing charm is part of Puerto Rican oral folklore. It’s a part of my childhood that I find comfort in and hope to share with you.
